I made a reservation a few days ago for my husband and I to go kayaking today and when we got there to check in, they had no kayaks left. I can't be too mad because I didn't lose money but I believe if a reservation is made, those come before people just showing up to go.

We Paid for 1 canoe and transportation of 4 kayaks...over $150 later we did 4-5 hour trip. Started at 1pm ended a little after 5pm came back to irritated people picking us up and then told we needed to pay a $30 late charge, very unprofessional and run down place, we will just do our own transporting next time
