Seriously such an amazing trail that goes through town. Connects to other trails too which is nice. I rode it quite a ways on my long board and it was very beautiful and peaceful.

Everything about this trail is great. Great for biking and walking. And the scenery isn't bad either.

Pumpkinvine Cyclery at 413 N. Main Street in Middlebury is an awesome full service bike shop that offers bike rentals. It is located just yards from the Pumpkinvine Trail which meanders through several communities.

What is the best route to walk on this trail if I want to go maybe 4-5 miles?

Starting at Abshire park is a good route. Another good starting point is over by Goshen Brewery. The Millrace Canal Trail is beautiful.

Are there bike trail maps for this area and trail connections?

Is there a starting point? I will be coming from South Bend.

There are a lot of places along the trail for parking. CR43 in Middlebury, Dairy Queen in Middlebury, Krider Gardens in Middlebury, CR 35 in Middlebury, and Abshire Park in Goshen are the parking places I'm familiar with.
