Living here a full year, I am glad I've moved out. The worst part about living here is the wifi signal. Even with a personal router to boost the signal, it's awful. Using a laptop, phone, or streaming platform with one or two people in the unit as well, was EXTREMELY slow. Working from home was not ideal. Move in was very dirty and I was surprised that maintainence didn't clean it before entering. A few positives I did enjoy was in unit laundry, lots of sunlight at all hours of the day, and sound proofing. College apartments are built very cheaply, but West was the first where I did not hear my neighbors conversations.

DO NOT RENT HERE OR RENEW!!!! This company promises tenets promos and rental credits for renewing. but fail to disclose that those credits can not be used until the next year. As well the office staff is not helpful and all and are left …Connor, We apologize that this information was not properly explained to you. Our staff tried explaining that the lease is for the 2022/2023 school year so that is when you would receive the promotion. We apologize for any confusion that this caused, we sent out multiple texts/emails/social media posts that the credit was to be used when the lease started.
