I live nearby so I stop maybe once a month or so as I'm not a big coffee drinker. The last time I went I ordered two hot lattes which came to me cold (like actually chilled). When I knocked on the window to return them the employee seemed extremely agitated at me. I thought it may be a fluke, so I went today again for a coffee. The latte I ordered came to me slightly above room temperature. I'm not sure the employees are getting proper training.

Love, love, love Tim Horton's. Started going years ago in Canada, before they came to USA. One of my favorite go to places to stop locally or on a road trip. Great coffee, tea, sandwiches and pastries! Breakfast offerings are very good. Standards for food and staff pretty high and uniform across the 20 or so different locations I have visited.

If you like sitting in a very long super slow moving line this is gonna be your favorite spot. Workers are scared to do their job and only use the drive thru so no customers inside. This store designed their drive thru so once your in you ain’t leaving!

Can’t get anything in your ice cream and the coffee was mediocre at best. $15 for 2 small scoops of ice cream with nothing in it/no toppings and a small plain iced coffee. Very weird.
