Never Again!!! Stopped to have oil change on company F250 and asked them if they had the proper oil and filters for both oil and air. Was told that they would be in the next day, and I could expect a call to bring the vehicle in for servicing. Never received a call. Decided after two days to return and inquire why I didn't get a call. I was told that they had forgotten. When I asked if they had the oil and filters specifically before work began was told " yes" once they started, it was apparent they hadn't gotten the air filters. They not only didn't have them, they proceeded to tell me that they weren't told to have them. When I received the invoice, it didn't show that Huge turnover, very unprofessional. Stay away, find another location to take your vehicle for servicing.

I went in for an oil change I asked for synthetic blend, the guy tried to add on other things I said no just oil I had my air filter just changed he said well when, I was done I said look just the oil.so he then they told me 20 minutes and it would be done cool no problem. Well we came back and the guy said it was going ti be 186 bucks, I asked for what he said for the oil, I then asked what oil they gave me he said full synthetic and then asked me if I had told them I didn't want full synthetic. I said i told you and the other guy working he then agreed to have me pay for synthetic blend. While he was doing the paper work I looked at the invoice they had charged me 70 bucks for labor which an oil change definitely idnt worth that much. He gave me the new total whice was 63 and the labor had dropped to 45 bucks. Then he prints out the sticker to tell when the oil needs done again and they had my mileage wrong int the first place but said you can only go 2500 miles on full synthetic oil. I asked why it says that when you can go 10k on 15k on it he then said oh that's what they tell us to put. So not only do they not listen to what the customers want but they are also ripping off people with their prices and when to get another oil change at. They also marked in the paper that they checked all the fluids and my tire pressure when they did not. Do not go here pick a better choice of places this is a rip off and they don't even do the full-service.
