This AAA is slower than the San Marcos DMV using “get in line now”. Repeatedly I’ve waited 45 minutes to do a simple title transfer.

Yes you can register truck with disability plates on it. Personal lately though I've lost all respect for AAA I went down to try to buy insurance through them and they said because my California license was barely two years old I couldn't insure with them even though I've driven for the past 40 plus years. I recently got a new California license the AAA didn't want to look at the old license and see all of my driving history there. So they refused to sell insurance to me for three vehicles that I wanted to insure through them. I ended up going to State Farm which gave me a better price deal along with Towing.

Only DMV can issue driver liscense's. If you make an appointment it is fast and efficient. I just went through the process.

I'm not sure I don't work for AAA but you could call them and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to give you a quote either online or over-the-phone one of their representatives

It depends. If the DMV has issued the sticker and registration within the last 30 days, then AAA will not be able to issue replacements. If they have issued it and it has been greater than 30 days, they are able to issue replacements. You will need to fill out a form (Reg 152) which they will have in the branch. Depending on your situation, you may have to pay a $21 replacement fee. AAA can only accept cash or check for any DMV payments. As long as you have your plate number or VIN, the will be able to see what is going on with the vehicle record. One more thing, DMV services are reserved only for AAA members. If you are not a member, an agent in the branch can get you a membership the same day so you can complete your DMV work.

AAA most likely isn't going to answer on here. Your best bet is to call them. I don't know if you can, but I would imagine that you wouldn't be able to since they aren't a SS office.
Just go to the DMV in triple AAA and thay will give you one to renew drivers license ok
If you are a member, AAA is a good place to start and if they don't know, they will tell you where to get the answer
AAA is a service minded asc. They will process your info but cannot finalize. Youmust go to a U.S. Gov. Agency.

It is dependent upon your level of membership
As stated, they can only help with vehicle registration, not Gov ID cards. They can print AAA membership info, but i do not believe they have ability to make the hard AAA ID.
