Some staff has no clue on their job. Very unorganized company. Once I got sent to four different people for FMLA since nobody knows anything. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not an employer just an employee so I’m stuck dealing with this company.

Their insurance offerings are horrendous. My company immediately switched at first opportunity. Avoid at all costs.

Cafeteria employees make feel welcome (thanks Lily....!). The best feature of the facility is that they have cero tolerance for smoking in the premises, which should be a model since we know how harmful second hand smoke can be. So keep up the good work.... Leadership ahead...!

Terrible! I lost my COBRA because their information was not accurate. Now Aetna has requested refunds from any medical practitioners I saw and billed me for the difference. The DOL told me they didn't think there was much they could do as they only go by ADP's records. ADP has cost me almost $10000.00. Not to mention hours upon hours of time wasted making calls, sending emails, etc. ADP tells you one thing and does another. LIARS!

Nothing really. It's a HQ for the company. Customers can call the Employee service center and get answers to their benefits questions and clients can get answers to their payroll and other HR related questions.
