08/22 RW is taking ~2 business days to process orders usually now. This means for most parts of US, fastest you will receive product is 4 days. This means no more last minute orders on the west coach which ontrac can get to you within 1 day. Also, in spite of having fit data now listed on product pages again for shoes, that data is not filterable by user so the shopping experience is slow and clunky. More business has gone to hyperlocal retail or amazon as a result. 01/22 Do NOT use a debit card for purchases at running warehouse. As many good to great experiences as I've had with running warehouse over the years, I was saddened to learn via a message IDX sent (company many hire to addresses data breaches) on running warehouse's behalf to learn that my payment card was breached in October 2021. Only businesses the either haven't spent time or money to make sure their data is securely transmitted and stored are experiencing breaches at this point. This makes me much less likely to do business with running warehouse in the future. Had I used a debit card, I would likely be out several $K which were fraudulently charged to my now-cancelled credit card since timing of data breach coincided with several $K of fraudulent paypal charges on this card. Had I used a debit card, I would most likely be left pursuing running warehouse directly, possibly involving litigation, to be made whole.

The best part about going here are the very helpful staff members! The product lines are very good with enough diversity to satisfy most shoppers. As someone who wears a size 14 and often has to buy shoes online, I was quite surprised at the number of choices I had here.
