I last used this place for our dog over 7yrs ago and now, we've been adopted by a cute kitty, so. I've never had a problem here. The staff are awesome and very helpful and prices, well they're not too bad

The staff here are always upbeat and pleasant. And they're clearly pet lovers. The vibe is local, the merch is as good as big box, there's more natural stuff here.
