I don’t think the woman at the drive thru window realizes how snappy her remarks are, or maybe she does, but both times I have visited have left me a little perplexed. The first time I went, I asked her what kind of shakes they had and she responds with, “if you look at our menu, you’ll see we have _____, _____, and _____.” While that is quite true, I don’t believe it’s the most professional way to answer a question from a customer. The second time I went, the same woman (you’ll know if you ever have her because she screams so loud out of that speaker that it scares you every time she talks lol) explained to me that she can’t put what sauces I want for the mozzarella sticks, only on the chicken strips and to ask for sauces at the window. Again, pretty standard info, but instead of it sounding like “can you please remind me again at the window so I don’t forget your sauces” it’s yelled to you that she can’t be bothered to remember what you want and to remind her later, like it’s an annoyance for me to ask. The delivery is way off on good customer service, and working in the food industry myself for many years, I know I would never come across that way to my guests. Just a suggestion that she changes her tone and choice of wording when working the drive thru! Other than that, food was hot and good and I had no other issues!

Went inside was only 1 other person inside getting food The cashier handed me my orders after 20 mins inside and said we have a 5 min wait on your tenders so all are fries was cold he got an additude and said are drive thru is packed sent 37$ for food we did not eat

Quick lunch stop...can't resist curly fries w/ Horsey sauce. -1* because the parking lot has dangerous pot holes that were hungry to devour drive thru cars!

This was the worse Arby's we have been to. The lady at the window was so rude. I asked her for a.cip for ketchup and she handed me soda cup. I say the portion cup. She said very rudely I will put it in the bag and parked us.we got our food and the lady handed to the wrong car. Which the went through and said this isn't mine. OK so I ordered a beef and cheddar with no red sauce and extra cheese sauce. My sandwich had 2 dots of cheese on the bun. Both of our sandwiches was cold. Like it came out of the fridge. I tell ya I will never go there again
