Great location. About 1/2 mile from Lake Michigan. The Kalamazoo River right across the street. Local park with dock just down the street. The room was just as pictured. Wide choice of rooms. The room was clean. Small fridge and coffee pot. Large bathroom. Tv. They had donughts and coffee for breakfast. Short drive into downtown. Closes up for the winter. Owner was very nice. I loved it.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The accommodations were clean and modern. Was blown away by the added amenities in the kitchen! Felt like my own kitchen back home, had all we needed to cook a meal. We will definately come back to stay

Clean rooms, large bath, close to pool, chain ferry. Parking is never easy in Saugatuck, any weekend. Staff-great. Morning continental breakfast could go up a notch, but you'll survive. My only complaint-SMOKERS. I inconsiderate smokers are outside by the pool, you can't have your windows open for fresh air because of the nasty cigarette smoke. Ash trays on every table on deck. It's like this folks, SMOKERS DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE TO SMELL THEIR PUTRID CIGARETTES, JUST DON'T CARE! Smoking should be band on the Beach Way property. If people want to smoke, go sit in your car. The first bullet point on the policy sheet you sign off on is about smoking. This is far from a "non-smoking" resort. Beach Way, get with it! NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY, ANYWHERE. Take away the ashtrays. Tell people YES, YOU CAN SMOKE IN YOUR CAR. The smokers ruined my stay. I hope Beach Way gets the message. But smokers don't care.
