I saw your post Marion and in defense I believe it all depends on who is working. As we know, some people take pride in any task they are given and others don't. You are only as strong as your weakest link. This KFC is my go to and besides not having biscuits one time, I find them to be very good. Sorry for your bad experience.

Go back and tell them what happened. They will be happy to replace it

12-31-21 FYI...I've had the worst experience there to where the employees were told to go away from the drive-thru window so I couldn't see anybody or talk to anybody. The manager told them to not talk to me... I asked the manager for her name,she stopped talking to me and left me at the drive thru intercom sitting there for atleast 5 to 7 minutes of pure silence....It was all over her rushing me to take my order. She said it twice with attitude "Are you ready, Are you ready" I asked her to "Hold on please, when I'm ready I will let you know thank you" So she said "I don't like your attitude." So she stopped talking to me and refused to take my order and wouldn't give me her name.. Mind you, there were 7-10 cars behind me and not caring about them?? So I left not to make anybody else wait. I've called corporate 5 times and asked for a supervisor to call me back...No one has ever called me back!! Very Sad. Going all the way back to August 2021. I told them to put one on 47th St E.🤔

They do ebt cash only...

At later at night they don't cook chicken enough to serve whatever you want they make you wait 15 to 20 minutes it's been that way for years. I've talked to management, they don't care....
