Zero stars if possible. Went in to BUY a jovani piece, i was not questioning whether or not i would purchase it, i just needed to see it on me. The man was very nasty, threatening me with store policy that “if you break it you have to pay” like I wasn’t literally intending on purchasing it right then and there?? Was very nasty and said he didn’t think I would fit in it, when I’ve worn dresses much smaller than that. overall, their stock isn’t that great either, i’ve had my eye on that specific dress for ages, and i’ll be purchasing it IN THAT SAME SIZE from a different store. come in if you like being disrespected!! thank you very much for your assistance! :) And yes, the level of disrespect I was given warranted my reaction, as regrettable as it may have been.

I ordered and received a Mac Duggal jumpsuit and it did not fit. I contacted Madame Bridal (very difficult to get ahold of) to ask for another size. This $400 dress is not being accepted for return one day after receiving it. They are simply a warehouse of merchants' products and DO NOT have any customer regard. The responses by email are automated and uncompromisable. Please do not order from this shoddy company, order directly from the manufacturer or a reputable store. Addendum for Madame Bridal's insulting response below: 1) You have already "reviewed" my complaint and answered me with an automated stock answer email denying any return. 2) The jumpsuit size was determined by the Mac Duggal size guide. Your comment that I ordered a smaller size in hopes it would fit is insulting, and proves your poor customer service as well as your lack of integrity. 3) My name is Jill not Jell. When customers look at other reviews, your customer service speaks for itself...you don't have any. Please just refund me for the jumpsuit and stop show boating in an effort to cover up your disgraceful business practices!

I recently purchased a beautiful gown at Madame Bridal shop for my daughter’s wedding and I could not be any happier my with my purchase! As one can imagine, it’s not an easy task shopping for a mother of the bride dress because if money is a factor, you have to successfully balance budget and style as to not sacrifice one or the other in the process. At Madame Bridal, with Al’s most amazing expertise, I selected a gorgeous gown that perfectly fitted my budget, style and figure! My lengthy commutes of almost an hour to the store were worthwhile. I wholeheartedly recommend Madame Bridal for everyone who is searching for that elegant, sophisticated and attractive look for a special event! Thanks again to Al for his patience and warmth throughout the entire process! I would not have been so elated with my acquisition without him!

Absolute BEST place to find dresses for any event !! Looked all over town for my daughter's prom dress and was unsuccessful due to her tiny frame - I found Madame Bridal online store and was hesitant at first considering the trust I was about to put in purchasing a fairly expensive formal dress online without trying it on...we were running out of time so I ordered the dress and it showed up before the promised delivery date and literally fit her like a glove, it almost seemed as if it was a custom made dress - there were not any alterations needed at all, it was perfect! She was certainly the princess for the night, all thanks to Madame Bridal !!
