This is an example when you combine Union employees and the US Government. So far, they have "lost" a US Treasury refund check and today my "package was placed in my mailbox" which is what their website says but which is empty. Unfortunately, its medication I need for my upcoming trip. USPS: YOU ARE THE WORST EVER. And the saddest part is that NOTHING will ever change with the USPS, except, of course costs for mail and shipping will continue to increase.

Went to pick up 2 weeks of held mail and the clerk couldn't find it. He told me I had to wait for a supervisor. Total incompetence.

Incompetent mail carriers assigned to this post office. Granting 1 star because I cant grant 0.

If you are going to be longer then 6 months put in a change of address form for permanent if you are going to be less than 6 months put in a change of address under temporary here is a link that might help you about forwarding mail https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm
Not sure at this location for it is a card and jewelry repair shop. Check online for instructions at a regular post office
No we are close. Will open tomorrow for business
You have to go to the Post Office and fill out a form let him know the dates you want them to hold it
Delray West is closed on Saturdays. Our PO Box section is available for box customers. The Delray Main Post Office is open from 9:00-3:00 on Military Trail and has 24 hour access to Self Service Kiosk.
You can leave a note in your mailbox for the carrier if you want him to hold your mail. If you are sending your mail to a different address you can go online at usps.com
