Very bad service from that new Mitsubishi service location, I took my Mitsubishi Eclipse to that new location to do the engine oil change the first time everything was fine and there were no issues, the second time I took it to do the oil change They called me and said they couldn’t done it because the screw was not coming out, they even ask me where I had done the previous oil change “which was in that same location “ I ask the how could that possible because they supposed to have all the tool get the job done, one of them suggested to take my car the next Saturday because he said that’s when the Mitsubishi main mechanic was going to work that day, which I did, just to find the same problem and the Mitsubishi mechanic not there, I ask to speak with the manager of the department, I explained what I was told and that how could it be possible that something so simple as an oil change could not be done, the main manager was very respectful but he said, “is not that can’t do it, we can but I we take it out we have to replace the whole piece and that the total cost was going to be approximately 500$, I was not convinced of what he was telling me, so I decided to take it to a mechanic I know, it took him less than 15min to do the oil change, unbelievable, my recommendation is that this Mitsubishi dealership should have its own separate service section because many of the current one I would suspect are more familiar with Nissan cars.
