Every time I come to her office it's in a hurry they attend to you in the corridor, but today it was too much, especially the doctor's assistant with a card in hand to collect and they still haven't explained the steps to follow after surgery, I got out of there not knowing what to do, then he called and told the assistant to explain to me that with the I was in a hurry I couldn't get all the information and he tells me that if I'm not happy with the service I'll look for another veterinarian, they think that's a response to a client who paid for services and they answer yes, think about whether you would like to go to the place oh come back I don't thank you.

Been coming here for about a year or so. Staff is great and the vet shows she really cares about her client’s pets. She’s attentive and we love the personalized treatment we get unlike other vets.

This is a new post, updated, still 5 stars! I had to visit Lidia few days ago, on a short notice, for something really sad... 😥 And still was able to leave this place feeling peace inside and immense love and gratitude towards her and her team. Every time I visit her, I think they deserve a 5 star rate. For some reason, I had the curiosity of reading the low rates, which made me a bit sad "with humanity" LOL and compelled to write this update. Yes, her office is a bit different, informal, not what you really expect from most of vet places around Miami. They're located in a heavily Latin influenced community and it shows. It's unfair to blame a place for its customers behavior. Spend a bit time there, exercise use of common sense and you'll probably notice some absurds they have to handle with a smile in their faces. Tell someone NO (or the truth, or the proper response to an absurd request) and people feel that's right to fire back through a bad review. I love animals and have a pretty bunch of them... We know what it costs to keep all your pets healthy. I used *other places* around Miami that I would take an indoor cat with a bad nail, to be charged $$$$ with a bunch of unnecessary exams or protocols, because they are what ppl probably describe as "professional or formal". At Lidia's, she helped us endless times at a short notice (blame it on my schedule), she would accommodate, I would have to wait, but no animal was ever denied to be seen and taken care of. The bill? She charged for what it was. Plain and simple. I can't recommend her enough. In all honesty, I simply hope that every single person I recommend recognize the great work they do and respect their time, expertise and as persons. They are excellent, they are like family. ********* This was my initial post********* Lidia and her staff are the most incredible human beings when it comes to care about our pets. They are caring, human, empathetic, patient and extremely efficient. I was living out of Miami for a while and I would still drive whatever needed, to take my pets for her to check on them. Highly recommended! She's like family today!
