waisting my time on their order menu ... tryingy for 15 minutes to order a simple bagel n lox. however totally not on the order menu!.. place WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER...

The bagels are absolute gems - 100% Brooklyn style. The service is the opposite. Every time I go in to the place to get my coffee and buttered poppy bagel, I see 5 or 6 people “working” in the place, yet only one individual is taking care of the counter. Don’t give me me the BS that you are understaffed - you simply have no clue on how to staff your establishment in the right places. And speaking of the coffee. They brew it then put it in warning pots. Problem is that by the time i get my coffee it’s luke warm. Disgusting. I’m truly tired of waiting on average of 15 minutes to get my bagel and coffee. They’re kosher, so there’s really no (good bagels) alternative. That’s why the word service is not in their vocabulary. Pretty standard for all kosher establishment in the area - prices are outrageous, service absolutely sucks, and management cries about non-existent issues.
