We travel thru Richmond on our way home and had the opportunity to have a great breakfast here. Break fast sandwiches were delicious and very generous portions. Irish oatmeal was cooked perfectly and topped with fresh fruit . Excellent coffee rounded out the meal. As good as the food was, the place is charming and the staff is friendly, fun and professional. Will go back whenever we are in town

Urban Farmhouse Cafe gets four stars. Atmosphere is great, menu is creative and expansive. My meal pictured is a combo with lentil soup and the beet salad. Value for your dollar is acceptable, not a bargain though. I wish that my meal came on a real plate that was larger. The waste of serving everything on disposables doesn't really line up with their sustainable/clean eating angle. Not sure why but their branding feels a little dated. Second visit, last time was when they were still under Linden Row!

Enjoyed the VA bacon and egg panini.
