I've always had a great experience with Great Clips but today ruined that for me and I'll never in my life go back again! If you do go please don't let the younger blonde haired girl cut your hair! I just wanted my hair cut to my shoulders and she cut it right below my ears. When I expressed to her that was way to short and I didn't ask for it to be that short, she said sorry and continued to cut the rest of my hair that length and as I was paying my husband walked in and she said "I should have started off longer and cut it shorter to the length she wanted" I whole heartedly feel like she NEEDS another year of cosmetology school b4 she's allowed to work in a public hair salon. I've literally cried since I left there, I'm so mortified in the fact that now i look like a little boy with shaggy hair😞 anytime I've ever gone there b4 they've always started longer and asked if you wanted it shorter.Never have I had this happen b4 so I will never go there again nor will I ever let a younger person touch my hair again!

Does anyone here even know how to cut hair? If you say yes, I beg to differ. I cut hair better, they messed every single one of my kids hair cuts up..

Friendly staff. Quick service. They do a really good job on mine and my wife's hair. They listen to what we want and do a really good job. The online check-in is great at reducing the time we have to wait in chairs.

Great place to get your haircut I recommend Candice (as of February 2022) she does a great job and works with you to find what you want. rather than just cutting your hair and moving to the next
