It was a great experience! The people there were attentive and respectful. Our salesperson, Ed Combs set the tone of the great experience with his demeanor and he explained everything we needed to know during our test drive and went the extra mile by meeting us at the rental place so we didn't have to make two trips to get our car. He volunteered to do this, no questions asked. He and the staff ensured we didn't have to deal with the DMV at all and they transferred our plates! It couldn't have been easier and it was a very pleasurable experience.
