They do offer assistance in learning how to swim. I know that first hand. Ask to speak to the pool director, Elke. She's WONDERFUL!! FREE LESSONS. UNHEARD OF AND A GREAT POOL!!

Adult swim is 7 a.m. - 10 a.m. Monday through Saturday and then there's open swim from 2:15 - 3:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. There's adult swim 8:15 PM - 9 PM Monday through Friday. On Saturday after the 7 a.m time, you can go to open swim from 1-3 PM and then adult swim is 3:30 - 5 PM.

It's not very deep... the depth only goes up to just above 5'9. It's not 6 feet deep on any part of the pool. It's great for laps, becoming a stronger swimmer and it's indoor so great for swimming in any season. You can swim 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. Call 201.392.3696
