56 years old, I've never never been skunked fishing lakes, oceans, rivers. creeks and sounds in my life but got skunked here the first time I ever paid to fish. I'll be going back though. It was just a bad HOT day. "Fishing" is for humans. "Catching" is in the Lords grace. It's less than a dollar per hour to fish, the bait is fresh and pretty cheap. The food is great and people are friendly. If you really want to fill your bag, there are an abundant amount of browns in the blue lagoon at the top of the parking lot. I believe you can take as many as you want?

Thank you very much tims pay lake me and my family have had our first fishing trip here at your pay lake. And my son has absolutely enjoyed himself. It was his very first fishing trip. We caught some big catfish. You couldn't beat the price. Clean fishing environment. All in all I am definitely a returning customer. I definitely recommend tims pay lake.

Nice clean and well run lake. Clearly well stocked. Don't go in the afternoon and expect to catch anything but a sunburn. Our mistake. We will give it another go though. The bait options were many. Refreshments available also such as drinks chips and I believe they make food there. A few more shelters and some gravel on shelter areas would be good. Also, bathroom was a port a John. It was disgusting. Hose that thing out. 🤣

There are bass in the top pond as well, you can keep anything you catch in the top pond besides the carp
Yes, some fish have money tags on them, or maybe a free pass. Best bet is to put money in the pot on lower pond fish.
The price for admission is 10 dollars for 5 fish (12 hours,) and the tag jars are 2 dollars extra but the tag jars are optional, the tag jars are for the lower pond only. The upper pond is the keeper pond 5 fish, the lower pond is the catch and release pond only.
Not unless they want bit back
I think every wed morning, Mondays too, and Fridays, also Sunday mornings which was the last time I was there, so it's always best to get there around six am.
You can drive or walk around the top lake and usually park where you fish. The lower lake has a parking area and you have to walk around it. The lower lake would require heavier tackle due to the fish ranging from 30 to 100 lb catfish that are caught regularly.
Usually it's about 9 or 11 dollars to get in to stay as long as u want
It depends if you are fishing the lower pond. It is a catch and release pond only. The upper pond is a keeper pond though. You can fish both ponds. You just pay one price and you get to fish both ponds for 12 hours.
9 dollars a person for six fish
10 dollars for 5 fish
