Mother bought a brand new lawn tractor from here. Always thought john deer was a good brand. It is not and this place will not stand behind they're product. 2 years old. Just out of warranty and engine blows up. Come to find out, this particular tractor was known for this and it was never disclosed to us. Manager laughed when asked if they would stand behind their product and make repairs for free. Buyers beware.

Bought a JD380 from Ritchie in July, '19. We also bought a 3-year service plan. We got the one year service done under Ritchie. Then AgPro buys Ritchie, and changes the service schedule. They now expected us go back in time to use 1st service few months after we bought unit, 2nd service by 10/20, and 3rd by 10/21. Who buys a 3-year service plan you have to start using within few months after purchase?! Also they NEVER notified us of that they voided our first service! So they basically screwed us out of one full service, cost ~$220! Salesman & GM were absolutely no help, even agreeing they wish they could make it right. Wonder if Kubota stands behind their customers better than JD. Update - Ag-Pro admitted their error, and did perform our 3rd annual full service including pick up & delivery, as originally purchased. My tractor came back so nice - I think they even washed & waxed it! LOL Thanks!

I wish I would have read a few reviews from real people before I took my riding mower in for repair. Spent 460.00 to have mower repaired which included 100 just for them to look at it to tell me what's wrong. I knew I was overpaying at 463 but didn't want to buy a new 1. Took them a week to fix, brought it home and cut for 5 minutes and smelled burning. Brought it back and told them problem. Was told 100 more to look at mower. I explained I only used it 5 minutes and smelled burning. Left mower there and was told now another 163 for a new belt. I'm 84 years old and a Veteran and I will not do business there again and hope I can save another farmer like you a lot of headaches and money. If you go here they will take advantage of you! These folks took over from Ritchie Tractor & are continuing the good, friendly service that's been a hallmark of this place. We've been going to this place since the early 90's & plan to continue. They service our equipment annually & can fix anything (our dog chased a mouse into the engine area & tore out a lot of wiring - fixed & like new again; other, less serious issues - fixed). Highly recommend.

Since the is a site primarily for customers not the business you will need to call the business itself for that. But, great mower I have the same one. Seriously they have a very courteous staff.
They have a pickup and delivery special for service. For anything other than that ask the service department cor rates they are easy to deal with
