I hate being stopped and harassed at the door like I'm a thief right after my purchase every time I leave there store I'll just shop at target instead. Much rather spend a little more money and not being treated like a criminal every time I shop . Terrible feeling when you spend good money 3 times a week .

The store manager is the kindest I've ever met, yet I think he fails to see that the coaches in certain sections are treating the team leads like peasants and the regular associates like slaves. He is so helpful to even regular associates he goes out of his way to help them. I truly appreciate his humbleness, but I wish He would recognize that some coaches are abusing their power and must be taken aside and down to because it is causing to much distress to the other associates.

I shop here for a lot of your every day necessitates, from cat food to toilet paper. shampoo, conditioner body wash, laundry soap, dish soap ext. Great bulk items. Great deals. On a bus route which is a plus.

I just had a terrible customer service experience at the Hoosick Road store in Troy. I tried calling the store to get a refund for items that were not given in the store pickup I requested but no one answered the phones to answer my questions. I had no choice but to go to the store. The employee working behind the customer service counter gave the impression that doing their job that they were getting paid for was too much to do that day. They were incredibly disinterested in meeting the basic customer service needs of the people spending money in their store. She handed me a card with a phone number on it saying that I needed to call because a purchase less than $60 was too large an amount to refund at the store level. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars for my workplace in this store and in other Wal-Mart stores. Don’t give me a run around because a manager is not available at 7:30p on a Thursday. Train your individuals to handle issues on their own if a manager is not available. Or have management available. And have enough staff to answer the phones so customers don’t need to spend most of their day trying to talk to a person. This store needs to get it together with its customer service especially with Hannaford coming in down the road.

They don't cash postal money orders only moneygram money orders.
There isn't many people near phone during the day.
Yes. They have a bath section with towels, shower curtains and more and a bedding section with a variety of sheets and other bedroom necessities.
No bonus pay for Sundays and holidays anymore - it's all handled through Paid Time Off, which you can use even if you worked.
Only during the winter.
No the Hoosick St. Location does not have a nail salon. There is one located in the immediate area. David's.
Not that I ever saw, except the ones they use to move stock. Lowes and home depot both sell them
Order online at walmart.com

Probably can't try on clothes until the world gets fixed again! Some items can be returned but not all. Check with your local store.
Crowded parking lot
When they're not busy only customer service picks up. If they transfers you to another department they hardly answers. I'm not a person that works for Walmart I'm just a customer giving you a response to your question
They're short staffed and it is hard to enforce the mask rule as they're not allowed to ask for vaccination cards.
5 or so miles to Brunswick/ Hoosic st. Walmart and about the same distance to Rensselaer/East Greenbush Walmart
Cigarettes are sold here
Not this one....the Rensselaer one does.
They open at 6 today. It's online at their site
No they do not
Walmart is aware of this problem and apparently they are working on it we'll see. https://www.businessinsider.com/walmart-moves-to-improve-its-in-store-experience-2017-9
I don't know why there are four fairly recent answers saying yes - they haven't had a shop *or* sold tires since the remodel to supercenter in 2013. You can get tires shipped in off the website, but not installed.
No
Other than a Wal-Mart employee check. I don't think so.
The same isle that the toilet paper holders are in.
Yes, there are deposit machines. Can be a pain, if full as you have to wait for an associate to empty before you can proceed.
