Goodwill as a corporation is absolutely shameful. They lie to customers saying they are about benefitting people meanwhile over 90% of the 100% profit they make on clothes they get for free from kind people is not given to any charities. They are a dirty and greedy CORPORATION, not foundation that doesn't even respect their own mission statement. Disgusting

This location is by far the worst goodwill. I have been to in the country. The staff are always bitter. And most of the things are broken stained ripped and not in resale condition. Also most of it cost more than Brand New at the store. Absolutely disgusting. Especially in the city. Things should be accessible to those who need them. I don’t know how this place still has four stars on google.

High prices and dishonest. Got charged $20 for a super light weight jacket (literally said "light weight jacket" on the sleeve from the brand) and the woman insisted on ringing me up under the "heavy weight jacket" category. Definitely got ripped off and should've just walked out. I could've done better at Target buying something new. It feels bad bc Goodwill is supposed to be a nonprofit and this item was obviously donated. Seems like a scam. Also the dressing rooms are still closed so you can't try anything on. They cite covid as the reason but don't require masks in-store and not even the employees wear them. Just seems lazy and dishonest.
