I am so upset with this company. I ordered a recliner back in June of 2020. Shortly after receiving it, the base broke. It was ridiculous to get a tech. Almost a year later, he came and said the workmanship was terrible, ordered a new base and no one has come back since. It's excuses after excuses. I have not been able to use my chair and it was a top of the line recliner. I have had the base for over a year now and no one has come back. They were suppose to come today and again...No Show!!!! By the way, don't get warranties because they are a waste of your money. My next step is to go to the Commissioner's Office and file a full complain. I always bought LazyBoy but no more. This needs to be addressed. Also, in my entire life, I have never given anyone a bad review so this should say something. One, I'm not done.!!

Zane Norton, an apparent manager of some sort at the Lazy boy plant. He is by far the worst human being in the state of Tennessee. He treats employees lower than anyone I’ve ever met. He’s personally threatened my life as well as pointing out how badly he treats people below him at the work place. If corporate or the direct management of this plant can’t see how badly this is for future development it will never end. He once and for all needs to be held accountable for his atrocities and horrible work abilities to handle a management position. While you may think this isn’t true. When corporate or whoever would like to reach out. I have proof and text confirmations of all of this.

Hr will put you on hold then make you wait for over an hour then they will take their lunch and not even bother calling you back when you leave a message how do you expect to get workers if you ignore them would never ever work a place that can't answer the phone your hr needs to be fired and replaced with someone who will do their job

Leather units are a lot harder to make on the production line, they have recently been getting materials from China and Mexico, sometimes we also have to use a "dry gun" to get wrinkles out. Could be from that.
