I bought 3 red onions that I guess there was a recall. I bought them on line and I was told to go to customer service for a refund. I did but customer service said that I should go online. How do I get refund?

When you purchase online, isn't there a way to initiate the refund on the app (online)? I seem to remember doing that. All else fails, I call customer service and get help that way along with names and contact info if possible. I hope that helps you. Good luck.
