I visited the salon back in FEBRUARY and received the worst treatment ever!! I had messed up my blonde hair, I normally do it myself, but I was pregnant and wanted it done for me. My roots were not taking any toner I was using. I went to the Beauty Bar because I have used them before and they made my hair beautiful. When I made my appointment I was very specific on what happened and what I needed. I was a cosmetologist! This girl but HALF HIGHLIGHTS in my hair when I needed it toned and said she needed to “brighten” it up, and then NEVER TONED MY HAIR!! I have been trying to get this resolved since February and no one wants to give me a call back. I paid for this and left crying in my car and was told someone would call me. I will never recommend this place again.

I highly recommend the Beauty Bar for anyone who wants the job done just right. It's a little pricier, but they're experts at what they do! Rachel cut and colored my hair, and also did an updo for my wedding day that was simply stunning. It withstood the thunderstorm that hit our ceremony and the whole reception, too! I also got a great pedicure there - it was perfectly done and was pretty quick, too! The paint job was perfect and my feet were incredibly soft afterward.

Expensive... Over priced. Need a credit card to book appointment, understandable. Wasn't properly given pricing before services. Was told I didn't need to choose until I arrived. I was going with a friend and wasn't sure what she was getting so I wanted to leave that open, was told that was fine. 1.5 hours before my appointment time was told They couldn't get us in at the same time...ok... Upon arrival my friend was already in chair which was fine, no issues as it was also a chance for us to socialize. I was told to pick out a color and if I was getting gel, I asked if there was much of a price difference, no answer. When it came to checking out.... That's when I was informed of the $30 removal fee of gel polish from before.... And that's adding to the $45.00 pedicure which was booked by the receptionist, and I did specify interest in the $35 one because my feet are not bad at all.. As they are also sensitive... And I would have rather not have had my cuticles cut which isn't included in the $35...I have multiple cuts on my toes from where she cut the cuticle. So with $45 + 30 + 5. Margarita.... And I was only able to tip 5. it came out to be $95.00.... taxes must be steep also ... The absolute most expensive pedicure I've ever had.
