I’m new to the area and had previously used the ford dealership by my house. Big Mistake!!! So I noticed that PARKS FORD was close to my job. I gave them a call for Ford service. Quick and easy appointment set up. They were there to meet me in the morning and got me a ride to work. Truck was done by lunch ( they said later in day ) so like WOW! That was fast. No pressure service sales but expect to get a call or two from the hungry new vehicle salesman. It’s ok no pressure lol. Will be back to see you soon. Thanks Steve

Award winning service department...I think not!!! It started 2 weeks ago with my wife having an appointment to investigate the a/c going out in her car. She was sick the day of the appointment and called at 7:00 AM to cancel the appointment. They said the appointment was cancelled, but I got a text message 5 minutes later that her appointment was cancelled 2 days earlier due to the shop being too busy. Unfortunately they forgot to let us know! I had an appointment yesterday, September 8th, at 7:00 AM for a warranty repair on the brake drums. When I made the appointment, Bill, my service adviser, said he would check the parts department to be sure the part was there and let me know. He never called me back to confirm. I had to call back and was on hold 20 minutes before another adviser told me the part was there. When I arrived yesterday at 7:00, I was told there was also 3 service notices related to the door locks and tailgate. I said I had problems with both and I was checked in. I got a text to contact them at any time for an update on my service. I texted the next morning to advise that I had to pick up my truck that day. If they only had time to complete the warranty issue, I would reschedule the other service items. Again, Bill did not reply. I tried to call Bill 3 times in the afternoon to be sure my truck would be ready to pick up. He would not pick up my calls. The lady answering the phone says she would send him an email. Still no reply! I then sent a rather pointed text message and I finally got an answer that my truck was ready. I replied OK. When I arrived at 3:00, Bill got my truck. I asked what all got done. The answer was NOTHING! Really? I had an appointment and nothing was done in 2 days? I don't consider this an award winning service department! Go elsewhere.
