It's hard enough caring for a child who is disabled but not having the supplies you need to do so is frustrating and exhausting. I have to frequently call for supplies because they are charged for but not in the box. Also haven't received supplies for 2 months because they failed to tell me they needed updated records. Customer support is nonexistent and they obviously don't care about helping their customers meet their needs.

0 stars actually! If you love someone who relies on medical supplies to sustain their life. DO NOT GO WITH BURMANS! . Need more Information? I had to force them to review my daughters script to see why it wasn’t filled yet. After 3 weeks of back & forth, it was completed. They told me, it was “good for 6 months.” 3 months later my daughters drinks stopped coming. They said they were waiting on a script because the previous script was only for 3 months. But they did fax her Drs office and are waiting a response. LIESSSS! Without telling my Dr office any details, they voluntarily told me they received a fax and returned it same day. Burmans Actually faxed it the day AFTER I called inquiring! And once you think it’s all over, they don’t have the fax, “we need them to resend it” which is probably their most common phrase in that place. . LOOK FOR BETTER! This isn’t it!

Horrible Customer service. They don't have pleasant people skills. Representative will not give information without knowledge of how they will be paid. Not knowing anything about the customer. I only gave them one star for answering the phone.
