Our experience at Marty's was nothing short of perfect. Conner and the team hooked us up with a brand new Specialized Stumpjumper for the days we were in town. Exchanged peddles for us and took the time to calibrate the bike to my personal specs (weight and height). Lucky for us, they had a yard sale going on at the same time and picked up a new jersey at the best price point ever. They were patient helping my son pick out a pair of gloves too. Great customer service, pricing and options. Our new GO-TO place when I'm visiting my brother in PC.

Marty's does EVERYTHING right. I had a tricky binding question regarding mounting 2 different ski boots in a LOOK Pivot. Not only understood they on the phone what I wanted, they were confirming technical questions as needed, able to discuss mounting positions of the binding and their advantages/disadvantages, then willing to do the job. On top, they did a test mount on an old ski to confirm before ruining my flat ski! There is NO shop around which would go that extra mile - all delivered with a smile!
