Avoid this place. Lady working was very rude and short with me while I had some questions and concerns with my package I was shipping. Won't be coming back

I requested a package be held here, but they sent it back to the shipper without any notes on the order. I asked why, and none of the employees knew. Customer support just kept telling me the hold expired, but the hold expired on the same day it was delivered? The shipper has no idea why it's being sent back, so I have a bunch of non-answers. The employees were nice, but it just annoys me that a shipping company is clueless about what happened to my package.

Horrible location. I had a very important parcel that was not delivered because I was not home. I needed to pick it up next morning. The parcel was a piece of equipment I needed for work early that morning. The store hours say opening time is 9am on Saturday. I showed up at 9am and waited until 9:20am. No one ever arrived at the location and I did not get my parcel in time. Irresponsible staff at this location. I filed a complaint with the customer service representative when I called the Fedex headquarters. They had another fedex store in ogden area call me. The person in charge of opening the Hill Field Road store on time lied and claimed they were present and had it open at 9am. The lights were off, the sign said closed and the doors were locked. No one was in the store!

I will echo other reviewers for this location that a particular employee wanted to lecture or argue with me because I asked for 140 pages but they heard 240 and were going to bill me regardless. They also took it upon themselves to cut the job and bill me for it even though I didn’t ask them to cut it for me. Poor communication skills and bad attitude. Do not come to this location - get your stuff printed elsewhere unless you want to be treated poorly and get billed for more than you asked for.
