The store has terrible cell reception so you can’t bring up anything on your phone. I couldn’t return anything from Amazon because the page would not load.

Very Poor experience. I have been using the store for the last several years but for small packages. First time ever used it to ship an Apple computer and the computer reached the destination broken. Despite several reminders to the store that was packing up the computer, to ensure that packed well, was solid and well bubble wrapped, the store failed to do so and an expensive computer reached broken to the destination. Had purchased insurance but getting money from the insurance at the store was like pulling teeth. Would not be using this store ever in the future now. Very poor customer service, had to call several times, the STORE never bothered to call back or respond. Employees rude.
