If I could rate it lower I would. I decided to give this place another try against my better judgement, my daughter begged me. I placed my order online @3, wanting to skip the line. Drinks were supposed to be ready to be picked up at 3:20. I get there at 3:15. I see 3 orders being placed from inside the store while im waiting for my drinks. 3:20 comes around I ask about my drinks, they reply "we're still working on them". 10mins later I still have no drinks, but the 3 orders that were placed infront already got their drinks. Terrible customer service at this place with no respect for peoples time. When you place an order online its supposed to make things quicker, not slower. They issued me a refund which was nice, but wasted my time and lost a customer.

1st time at this place, the music is so loud, i had to ask 2 different times to please turn down the music, it seemed like it was an inconvenience, and it bothered the staff, it took almost 5 minutes to place order, the person talking order didn’t know much about the product, , for a company that needs to have customers have add ones they really don’t care, I wanted extra pudding, rep said that it comes with a good amount.
