If I could give them zero stars I would! Currently a work from home agent and have been ignored for almost a week about a tech issue that's been preventing me from working. Manager's and upper management have been ignoring all forms of contact. Manager won't respond to emails let alone calls or DMs. Is this really how you treat and care for you employees sykes?! DON'T WORK HERE.! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU

Literally just quit! Their system was so slow, while I went to restart my computer and I was still logged into the training room the trainer states “don’t think you can just run and restart your computer, sometimes it does more bad than good”. Now obviously she didn’t think I was still on the phone. Once logged back in, I sent her an email and told her Sykes/Sitel wasn’t a fit for me. They have their bandwidth stretched causing the lagging issue. And lord don’t have to use the bathroom because if they send you a message and you can’t respond hell will rain on you! Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy here.

This company offered me a job offer and then rescinded the job offer based on conditions that were not stated in the job offer. When i attempted to reach anybody regarding this issue i kept getting transferred and disregarded and nobody ever helped. i couldn't speak to a real person at all regarding this issue. So based in this... i would give this company negative 5 stars.

First, keep in mind that it is a call center. With that said, the people you work with are amazing (Co-workers, supervisors, managers). They have been very supportive while attending school by scheduling work around my class schedule. However regarding the company as a whole, you are just a number. They primarily focus on meeting requirements and making sure they have enough people on the phone at all times.
