Yes, picnics are greay to have here, you can even have parties
Yes, but i highly suggest the gem mine where the kids get 10 minutes to find gems( highly polished rocks, though my oldest got a nice jadsper and decent garnet. And if you have the funds buying a geode is well worth it. You get to have the kids pick out a rather unassuming rock then have the employee cut it cleanly in half. Then they keep the halves together so you can reveal your beautifully presented bed of crystals yourselves. They also have a gold panning area which we did not try.
Yes its a small secluded section the sign said $7 but you can keep any gems found i believe.
I'm usually there from an hour and a half to two hours. This last time was about 4 because they dug in the sand and used the play ground for so long. I take my sisters 4 kiddos. They're all under 6 years.
We do have multiple wheelchairs. They are 5 dollars.
Rainbow gardens has a very large parking lot which is just before the entrance and there is another restaurant there as you pull into the dinosaur park area as well that has a large parking lot, so i would think you have options for a few hours.
Tickets are $5 for kids, $7 for adults, $6 for seniors/students. You do need to reserve an entry time to allow for social distancing- I'd recommend reviewing their website for the most up-to-date info: https://www.dinosaurpark.org/admission-rates
Adults are $7, kids are $5. We bought an annual pass, because it wasn't much more expensive than the one time entry for my five kids and me.
Adults: 7 Students and seniors: 6 Children 2-12: 5 Chdren 1 and under: free According to their website
Their website says no pets allowed. Service animals have to be checked in at the front desk and provide documentation.

Yes
The rules on their website says no pets, unless they are properly licensed service animals.
No. Although there is a path that follows the river and allows you to look through the fence into portions of the park.
It depends what type of family pass you have. They have one where you can bring grandparents , it's called the family plus pass.
Yes they are!
No.
