Make sure to buy a pass in advance during season months i.e. June to labor day. The water recedes almost half mile during low tide exposing amazing tidal flats you can walk on!

One of the great beaches on the bayside of Cape Cod. Permit parking is required during the summer months. During low tide you can walk out a great distance. Is a great place to feel the sand underneath your feet.

Permitted parking only. Have to get parking permits ahead of time at the town. Or..you can take a chance like we did and park and risk the $40.00 ticket. We didn't get caught this timeπ Totally worth seeing the tidal flats. During low tide you can walk the flats for miles! Amazing sight to see!

Lovely small little beach in the Brewster area. Aim to get here early: the parking lot is relatively small and while there is an overflow lot, the beach itself can get really crowded. Try to get there for low tide as you can walk very far out into the bay.

SIR Elder William Brewster is supposedly my great great, great grandfather...Do you know more about him?? Many, many thanks!!!
Yes, it costs a little more. Go to the town website and look up permits.
9am - 4pm June 15 to Sept 2 at Brewster Town office at 2198 Main St. Visitors and non resident can get daily ($20), weekly ($60) or seasonal ($150). A permit does not guarantee a spot and road parking is heavily ticketed.
