Don't get me wrong it's a great place for the cats but if your a human trying to give them your cat or even if you found a cat and your giving it to them, you will get nothing but sarcastic remarks, attitude, and them being passive aggressive. I sadly had to give up my two babies and the woman that was there was nothing but rude. But like I said for cats it's a dream.

We got two great cats from Viva. You do need to email them to setup an appointment for cat visitations; no walk-ins anymore. Most of the negative posts here are from people who want to let their cats be outdoor cats. VIVA has a no sale policy, and I don't blame them, for people who want them to be outdoor cats.

Just fake your application and Google the answers if need be to get approved, and you’ll get a cat. Tell the truth and be an innocent family looking for a cat in a ready home, but out one wrong answer to a yes or no about “indoor only” and you get denied and told to go adopt else where. They don’t care to meet you, they don’t care to see your home if they actually want to know where their cats are going, all they care about is you answer the online application correctly to their opinion.

I am not sure. You can stop by on any Saturday after 8-9 am and ask. When I volunteered years ago I was able to play with the cats. Have u checked there website? Great question. I'm sure the cats/kitty's would love that. Thank you for asking.

What are your hours?

There's usually someone there 7am to noon and 4pm to about 7 or 8pm. 7 days and they have extra hours on Saturday for adoptions.
