Brave Tailor Alterations was great when we first used their services! They did a good job communicating with my husband and all the repairs/alterations were done in a timely manner! But for some unknown reason, I have tried unsuccessfully to set up another appointment and never heard back from them. I even went to their scheduling system to make the appointment online, and it has been a few weeks without any confirmation or an explanation as to why they have been unable to confirm the appointment! Very disappointing and unprofessional. Thankfully, there are plenty of other options out there!

Honestly does such an amazing job. She altered a prom dress which is now the best fitting dress I have ever owned. Very pleasant to work with very kind and friendly:)
