Very bad customer service. I called to ask for $100 note exchange for international traveling and the lady on the phone was very rude and total not helpful. I have been a customer of PNC for almost 10 years and this call made me decide to cancel my account with this bank.

Rude dismissive staff. Try their best to overdraft my account any chance they get then change the rules when I dispute. Condescending woman in front office has a terrible attitude. I will be withdrawing all my funds today and banking elsewhere. I will advise ALL my friends and family to cancel their accounts as well. Joke of a bank. You might as well send the overdraft to collections because I'm not allowing you to steal from me!!!! THEIVES, LIARS, AND CROOKS.
