Did a in store pickup twice at this location. First experience was smooth and had no issues. When I came to pickup the ladies at the front desk were very helpful with getting me resized and help with any questions I had. I did another pickup Sunday night 7.24 and I still haven’t received notice that my order was ready and it’s 7.30 I stopped by the store at 5:16PM on Tuesday 7.26 online and sign posted the previous week said they close at 6. Upon arrival the hours on the door were changed to only being open on Tuesday 11-5. How am I supposed to pickup my order when I work a full time job 7-5 Monday-Friday. I called customer service and lucky they were able to resend my order with express shipping b/c I’m going out of the Country next week. That was the whole purpose of the pickup order. I did have to pay again for my order, and now I still haven’t been refunded for my 1st order because I can’t cancel through the app, and my order is still pending so that means no refund until I get someone from the store.

Nice store and staff is very attentive. The dressing rooms are wonderful and I feel like I'm well taken care of.
