This is one of the best food Lion I've been to. Because of this one person. She is always so friendly and pleasant, welcome to be around. She so helpful in many ways. Great personality always respectful. She is always matching her uniform is always neat on her. I live in Greensboro but I come all the way to high point Food Lion just to shop and see her. Now I have other doing the same thing. An the see the same thing I see in her Ms. Vernika you are a light ina dark place. So keep shine.

This use to be my favorite foodlion UNTIL last October I’ve notice that it have became so unprofessional. Cashiers don’t have no type of customer service experience(need better training), non-friendly(what happen to training?), store be nasty and FYI to management your workers should not be discussing their personal life while customers are walking up to get checked out. Also their stations at the front be dirty smh, food prices be extremely high for the quality they are providing. Honestly this food lion is just like the one in randleman rd in Greensboro GHETTO! Don’t waste your time going to this one. You be better off going to PUBLIX the store is clean, customer service is great and meat, fruit and vegetables be FRESH! at all times not just sometime. I will be contacting corporate on regards to a few other situations I didn’t mention. The store is just so ew now.
