My family had just come from a fabulous birthday celebration meal. I did choose the location mostly for the Escargot (hadn't had any since I moved from Europe) they unfortunately changed to their new menu before I could give it a shot. 😢 I did have the chilled Scottish poached egg and salmon.. very tasty. The Veal T-Bone steak was delicious but beware... That's a lot of meat. My only slight small tiny complaint, which is probably mostly a personal preference, the desert Melons Sangria, it wasn't sweet enough. The rest of my family were happy with their selection as well. Thank you everyone for the amazing service a d great hospitality, one of the nicest staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with!

We took mom for Mother's Day and it was a great experience. They have an excellent wine selection and the service is far beyond what you might expect. Very personal and helpful.

Jesse was our server, it was a perfect dining experience. My husband had a VERY special birthday dinner, the food was exceptional, everyone agreed. I didn't know this about Sybaris, they take only four seating reservations every half hour so every table can have an equally enjoyable meal with their server. Well managed. Thank you.

Another excellent meal at Sybaris. My husband and I had the 'Irish Toad in the Hole', which was the most marvelous take on bangers and mash, involving a Dutch baby pancake, house made sausage, Guinness gravy, and peas porridge. My description doesn't do it justice. It was fantastic! My mother in law had butter roasted halibut, and raved about her meal. A starter of spinach-artichoke-red pepper dip was the perfect option to share. The chocolate chip, mint creme brulee was the perfect end to a perfect meal. And the service, as always, was perfection. Jessie (our server) makes everyone feel like the most important person in the room. It's a genuine treat and pleasure to dine at Sybaris.

Laura, Yes, we do! They never expire and can be used for dine-in (when we are fully open) and curbside. I’m at the restaurant after 11am, Tuesday through Saturday. Thank you for asking, Janel Bennett

Thanksgiving Carryout Dinner to benefit the ABC House The Thanksgiving meal is $25/person, $20 will be donated to ABC House Thursday, November 25th Curbside Delivery 2 pm - 4 pm A traditional Thanksgiving dinner without the hassle of preparing it and the proceeds will go to a very good cause! The meal will be delivered to your car hot and ready to eat. Roasted turkey, white and dark meat - Grandma Ballard’s stuffing - Mashed potatoes & gravy - Candied yams - Green bean casserole - Pumpkin pie & whipped cream Please call 541-928-8157 Tuesday through Saturday to pre-order your Thanksgiving meal. We sanitize pens and surfaces. The tables are cleared of salt/pepper or anything else to touch. Menus are all printed on paper and used only once. Tables are more than 6 ft apart. We are at 25% capacity. Servers wear masks and frequently hand wash. Cooks wear masks and frequently hand wash. We have installed an air filtration system that kills bacteria and viruses.
The Seafood Tower contains Dungeness, snow & King crab, steamer clams, oysters, mussels, and Alaskan spot prawns. If the fishing season isn’t going well or what is delivered doesn’t meet our expectations, we stop selling the Tower until it improves.
