Horrible, yo. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow and I'm not even that type. First of all, customer service is for sure a thing of the past. I ordered a small fry, dude inside rudely tells all customers that they're getting corn, because they're out of fries. He's just putting corn in people's bag. No communication, nothing. I placed an online order and he tells me rudely that I need to handle that on my own accord. They just need to shut this location down. It's actually laughable how trash it is.

Love these wings! Fried crispy on the outside but still juicy on the inside. The flavors are great. My son loves his plain with ranch. My daughter likes the Spicy Korean (sweet chili). My husband also likes the spicy Korean but prefers the buffalo mild. And I switch up to try different flavors - this visit I mixed spicy Korean and Parmesan Garlic. Their sides are huge. The fries are really good and can be served with variety of seasonings. The veggie side is cold and crisp - unlike some places that put them with the chicken. Hot celery sticks are disgusting, but here the carrots & celery are perfect. We shall return.

Experience was beyond mediocre. As soon as we walked in the door, the woman ringing us up was on her phone and overall seemed less than pleased to help us out. I asked for the 15.99 wing deal, she rung us up for something else and my total came to $20. The atomic wing sauce tasted like burned carpet, just overall poor experience. Very disappointing. Also....the restrooms were disgusting. Please hire people who care, or continue to disappoint everyone who walks in the door.

I ordered a 20 piece plain wing with the sauce on the side and they only gave me one small container. I ask could get extra because the one small sauce wasn't going to cover 20 wings. The manager Dominique told the cashier to make sure he charged me. I told the cashier it would be more sauce coating the wings. The cashier told me that he wouldn't charge me if it was up to him.
