This topic is ridiculous. I came to this county to improve the quality of life for my children and me. I eat from Miami; there, we had the service. I'm exhausted. I've been calling since the time I moved in. taking care of a person and paying them so that they can help us, I spent my copay there, I would understand that it was a new case, I come with an eligibility from Miami, my children have service until February 2023, I keep waiting almost a month, one here wins Basically, I work with the public and people's responses are that they will call you, wait 10 days, I see that I am not the only person who is told the 10 days and then they will contact the manager to communicate yesterday they told me that and even him moment I hope that a social worker speaks with one that wants answers and that they help one, not that they spin around that they are helpful in their work, I am in mine, that is why they pay us and comfort many people here we have I have to work and the answer they give me is that we have 900 cases and only 40 social workers, that is not an answer in each case, it is understood that there are many cases, but try to be helpful and look for solutions, one has to call them, waiti ng for a response, either negative or a positive one not that they have been deceived the children deserve the school they learn and one needs the service yesterday I called they told me that the manager or worker should contact me I am still waiting and today I called and they told me the same thing that they will do now what I do in this case I need all the issues and they take my case urgently. I have had the worst experience with my specialist. And unfortunately no one has reached out to me to try to resolve this situation. I have left multiple messages with the specialist Samantha Cameron & the eligibility supervisor Ms. Pierre. I have been following up multiple times a day, Facebook messages, emails, and nothing. The staff claims that they are trying to help but when it comes down to the specialist actually doing their job and you trying to expidite the process they are very quick to the delay you and make you wait an additional 2 weeks because it falls within their 10 business day processing period. You cant receive their service without employment, but waiting on their service will cost you your job. This unfortunately has happened in the past & seems it will be happening again.

I completed my renewal application online as recommended by their staff about 1 month ago. I still haven’t received the certificates back yet or a phone call for that matter. I call every day and they claim they will email a manager. School starts next week and i don’t know what to do. This has never happened to me before. I can’t go to work yet until I have child care. How will I be able to pay rent? They do not care at all. I am at my wits end and don’t know what to do. I went into 2 locations only for them to turn me around. This never used to happen to me when it was called family central. Worst experience I’ve ever been through.
