The reason for the long lines?,...the food is great. There are many other west indian establishments in the area, folks come to Ron's.

Consistently the best Caribbean food I've had outside of Jamaica. Especially the oxtails, I enjoy several dishes but the oxtails are my favorite. If you aren't patient then you may want to drive by a check to see how long the line is because it can be long at times. The customer service isn't as good or consistent as the food but most of the times it's pretty good. All in all I still give Ron's two thumbs-up .

You can choose your own sides however some sides are extra. They also offer a platter of just sides.

Well its a very well established business. And its just busy because a lot of people call in. The phone lines are usually more accessible before lunch. The brunch, lunch and dinner rush never slows down at Ron's Caribbean Cruise. Once you would arrive the lines are going to be out the door because the food i delicious and a reason to visit again. So if you can bear with the phone delays due to high phone volume. Once you receive your platter you'll be satisfied. Go home kick your feet up and have a Netflix night with those special love ones.

No they do not....but you can order over the phone, so u don't have to stand in line....when u call over the phone they tell u when to come in then all u have to do is walk to the front,let them knw ur there for the order u called in....they don't make up phone orders till u come in they don't want to make it up and u don't show up.....makes sense right

It certainly would have been no e if anyone on staff would've answered, as I headed towards the store earlier this evening @ peak time...I probably arrived 5:45 To a nice lengthy line, which rolled along with a quick pace. Honestly the best thing is each cashier takes each order with extreme detail and I'll bet once it's your turn to order, you taste Often edit your order, see s something curiosity arousing & ask for a sample to taste....almost everyone has a customized order & quite frankly if I was the waitress that's when a lil bit of an attitude can develop out of sheer indecisiveness 🤔Anyhow, I try to memorizemy order however once up front, I've gotta try the plantains and the beef patty... well worth waiting upwards of a/b 20mins.... I'll be back to try the okra & curry shrimp ...today I ordered a salmon platter & an Oxtails platter....stringbeans, candied yams & mac n chz....FriggN DELICIOUS 🤑

I've been trying to get in contact with them since yesterday on the phone and they don't pick up and voicemail is full. I'm driving from Delaware to pick up some platters. I want to be sure they are open before I waste my time and effort. Thanks.
