Great big park perfect for lots of soccer matches

We had a great time! We went there for a workplace party, so it was after hours; I have no idea how crowded it is or how it is during regular business hours. Playing in the lazy river and sliding down the water slides was a ton of fun for my kids. The kids' area was a hit with my toddler.

We love this splash pad. Not only does it have fun, different types of sprinklers and sprayers, but it also has a stream, which is great for kids who are scared of being sprayed. And there's lots of nearby covered seating for parents to sit and watch, as well as picnic tables to eat at and a nearby bathroom. It's the best splash pad around in my opinion!

I wish there was more shade but it was fun!

Yes
Yes
Not yet. Opens up the same time outdoor pools open.
There are not, however there is one as Ascott Park just north of Oquirrh Shadows Park.
Maybe the website has a number you can call for maintenance?
There should be a button you could turn the water on . When I was there it was already on
The water usually starts around 11 and goes on and off for a few hours
I don't believe there is electricity.
Should be and it's so nice to cool off in. Smelled clean last time we visited which is always nice. Draper one was fun too.
Yes!
They are now open until Labor day
Not as of yesterday 4/11/2021
They usually keep them on until labor day. But sj may be different than wj.
Nope! Wear whatever you are comfortable getting wet. I would wear shoes though!
I am not sure if the park has any rules on that. Probably best to contact the city.
Yes, the grassy area is pretty sloped and hilly so a big one wouldn't be sturdy but a small one would be fine
Sure! There are covered picnic tables around the splash pad. I'm not sure if you can reserve them in advance.
No grills at the soccer field, playground or splash pad. The splash pad has 2 small pavilions. 1 with 2 tables, the other has 4 picnic tables.
It is shut off on labor day, but is open weekends as weather permits beyond that. Really just depends on the day.
