I was supposed to get a van it was reserved 5 days before pickup. When I got there to pick up I was switched into a smaller vehicle. I said it would work for now and that I still needed the van. I was told by the guy at the desk that he would follow up. After 2 weeks I followed up twice. He then told me that I should call around to other locations. 😂 I told him that it’s not my job to find the car that was under contract, I told him that it was his job and that’s when he stood up and told me I needed to calm down. I left there never to return. I want a refund and am willing to go through legal if necessary.

Horrible service, horrendous communication skills! The car that I reserve is never available. I get a call 20 minutes before my reservation to let me know that I have to wait an additional 2 hours or even a whole day for any vehicle. I’d give zero stars if it were possible.

I want to start off by saying I have always enjoyed renting from enterprise with that said My last experience was not friendly the first girl that attended to me was borderline rude I was very thankful when the second girl took over but when I noticed my charges seemed higher than usual and I questioned them I wasn’t really given a suitable answer it took longer than usual to get checked out I was in a hurry so I didn’t look at the paperwork right away that’s when I noticed I was charged for optional fees that Ive never been charged for before. I had just rented a car two weeks prior and told the associate to do the same charges as before she said she did (so much for having to have a bachelors degree to work there huh) I will make sure of everything before I walk out next time that’s my fault. My vehicle was not cleaned. I was assured it would be clean and ready for me with a tag inside verifying it had been cleaned per COVID protocol.Thanks for your comments, Cindy.
