I had a bad experience staying here. Firstly I noticed that the pool was closed so that was a bummer. Then I get to my room and it was dirty. The towels were stained/brown, notable marks on all tables, spillage on the dresser, soap residue on the sink, sheets and blankets dirty and stained, floors dirty. I had went to the front desk and asked when a manager would be available and asked how I could clean the room. I was given spray and a rag from Chris who was very nice. Told the manager would be available in 25 mins gave my room number. Heard nothing. I stayed Friday to Sunday with my children. I cleaned my room and asked for fresh towels and a broom. I was given a broom and dust pan. I have a back injury so having to carry everything upstairs and then cleaning my room was not ideal. I didn't hear from the manager so I asked again later that night when he/she would be in. I was told not for a couple days. There is no breakfast (which is a motel 6 thing I was told) and they offer coffee from an uncleaned coffee pot in the lobby. Both nights there were MULTIPLE men in the rooms next to mine. They partied loud and uninterrupted until 1am both nights. I did record, take pictures of the conditions etc. Less then ideal and not relaxing in any way. Yelling for talking since ther was heavy amounts of alcohol involved. I kept to myself as I usually do and the door they went out to smoke was right by the office/lobby so they knew perfectly well what was going on. I still have not heard from the manager and I don't think I ever will. Nor will I ever stay at this motel again. Pay to stay elsewhere unless you want to party. Wish I would have! Oh there are no covers for the ice buckets, no coffee pots in rooms, absolutely no amenities besides two bars of soap from the last 3 stays in your room. The toilet had one on the side of it when we arrived and stayed there. I had to clean every dirty fixture, drawer, and frankly that was the icing on the cake. Also the house keeping staff do not speak English and that made it difficult to ask for new bed sheets since none were ever provided when I asked the front desk. The phone in the room didn't work....

Positive: Location Negative: Dirty room. Dirty blood stained sheets. Broken shower handles, nasty shower floors Sticky floors. Cardboard bed.

Chris at the front desk was very helpful. He helped us get a room after our "guaranteed" reservation was not honored due to our service dog. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable

For the price it's excellent! Rooms have been painted and flooring updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's a low frill and cost efficient stay. Definitely recommend if your looking to travel cheaply
