Selection is good. Decent sales. Needs to increase staffing. I know it is hard to find help but there were 2 total people on the floor for fabric and register. It was hard to get help finding something else.

Yes, they not only have a wide selection but their prices are low
I've never had Joann do framing. Normally, custom framing anywhere takes about a week.
Their pencil selection was very limited when I was there. I was looking for colored pencils, and I know for sure they didn't have any of those that were mechanical. I'm not 100% sure if they have other mechanical sketching pencils, but I would guess no based on their limited number of just about everything.
Not sure about that. You might want to call and ask them.
They carried little black ones about two years ago near the felt but not sure if they still do.
I would double check the website for this info.
